Refund policy

At Ritik Bikes, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a return will acceptable within 5 days 

Refund will be credited to your orginal payment method within 7 days .

2. Exchange Policy

We allow exchange only in the following cases:

• Your order will exchange and replacement will delivered with in 7 days
• The product delivered is damaged during transit.
• The product received is defective or not functioning as intended.
• An incorrect product/model was delivered compared to the order placed.

3. Exchange Conditions

• The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with proof (photos/videos).
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
• Once verified, an exchange will be arranged for the same or equivalent product.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
• Customized or specially ordered items.
